RISK OF
LOSS
All items purchased from Ether-Net
Wireless Communications LLC are
made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk
of loss and title for such items
pass to you upon our delivery to
the carrier.
EWCLLC will only ship with
registered carriers such as FedEx,
UPS, USPS Express Mail and DHL.
Items may be shipped via the United
States Postal Service Priority Mail
or Air Mail at the customers
request only (with the exception of
APO & FPO shipments).
Purchases shipped by the Postal
Service (or any other
non-registered carrier), are
shipped at the customers sole
responsibility - EWCLLC will only
assume responsibility for delivery
to the post office.
Customers requesting shipment by
USPS, DHL, Airborne or any carrier
other than our standard UPS or
FedEx, will automatically add 1
business day to the ship time of
their order.
ADDITIONAL
CHARGES Items returned to
EWCLLC by the shipping carrier as a
result of customer error, or
inability for the carrier to make
delivery to the address provided
will be the responsibility of the
customer to pay for return shipping
of the carrier to EWCLLC. This will
be charged to your on file credit
card.
If the error was on the part of
EWCLLC we will cover return
shipping charges to us and back to
you again.
If the customer provides a
incorrect or incomplete address,
the customer may be assessed a
$10.00 address correction charge as
imposed by FedEx, or whatever
charge is imposed by your selected
carrier - this will be billed to
the customers on file credit card -
this only applies to errors made by
the customer.
Returned checks that have not been
honored by the customer's bank fall
100% to the responsibility of the
customer.
All returned checks fall under the
jurisdiction of the laws for the
State of Florida and will be
assessed a $25.00 or 5% service fee
whichever is the higher of the two
dollar amounts.
EWCLLC will take any and all
measures to ensure returned checks
are paid.
This includes but is not limited to
charging previously used charge
cards, legal action civil and
criminal as well as liens. Use of a
check to pay for services
constitutes your agreement to these
terms.
DUTIES
In some situations Ether-Net
Wireless Communications LLC may be
charged duties by your local
government for international
shipments.
Typically FedEx or any other
courier used will collect this from
you at the time of delivery.
However sometimes they are unable
to do so for any number of reasons
and we are charged duties for your
package.
In this event, we will pay the
duties owed however your on file
charge card will be used to pay
these taxes. The amount of any such
charges will be the exact dollar
amount charged by FedEx to us. When
this occurs you will be notified by
e-mail and a copy of the customs
charges will be attached.
RETURN / RMA
POLICY Ether-Net Wireless
Communications LLC offers a 100%
return guarantee within 7 days of
delivery as long as the item
purchased and its packaging remains
in new, unused condition. The cost
of shipping is NOT included! If the
item is used, and no longer able to
be sold as new, and / or has
damaged or missing packaging or
parts, there is a 30% restocking
fee.
Return requests after 7 days up to
14 days will be honored only if the
item is in new condition and has
all documentation, packaging and
parts. Returns in the 8 - 14 day
period will be charged a 30%
restocking fee.
Used items, or items missing any of
the above are not returnable after
7 days from date of delivery.
Any item that has been modified or
damaged is not returnable under
this return policy! This includes
painting, drilling or other
modifications (subject to EWCLLC
inspection - all decisions made by
EWCLLC are final).
Customers must contact EWCLLC by
e-mail to rma@ewcllc.net.com or use
the EWCLLC Emporium website (the
site where you are currently
reading this document) to request a
RA Number. Items returned without a
RA Number are subject to return at
the senders expense or will be
assessed a 30% re-stocking fee.
RA Numbers are valid for 14 days
from date of issue by
EWCLLC.
Items refused for shipment are
considered an unauthorized return
and will be assessed a 30%
re-stocking fee.
Restocking fees are not negotiable
by members of our staff - only
pre-approved requests for
extensions will be honored for
extensions beyond the 7 or 14 day
period.
Return packages must be sent
pre-paid shipping, COD packages
will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are excluded from
any refund of purchase.
Under NO
circumstances will
returns or cancellations be
accepted for custom cables, cable
cut to length, or special order
items.
